A Good morning

Saying it will be alright
I cradle up
and sleep tight
it takes a while to fall asleep
and a second to start the dream

I awake with a start
not sure what woke me
the dream or my alarm
but a new day,
a new morning , has begun

I shake myself 
open my eyes
welcome the light with a smile
it was a Good morning 
time for me to start my living
